"Just plain cheap."

towels are see thru and postage stamp size. Bathroom had been worked on and left incomplete. Hotel allows a third party booking company to intercept calls when attempting to book. Lobby did not have coffee in the morning. Billed for parking that was not explained prior to checkin. I won't be back.

Looked forward to staying at the Capitol Plaza. When I was a teacher, every year I would bring a large group of junior and senior students from South Technical High School in St. Louis for an annual Skills USA State Competition at State Tech in Linn, MO. This hotel is always very accommodating and my students loved the hotel. My recent stay brought back a lot of fond memories. The staff was very professional and friendly.
