The location near downtown st Charles was great but you could hear the interstate easily. Service wasn’t great at check in and the breakfast while adequate wasn’t as good as other best westerns. The bathroom toilets were very low, which is not good for older knees!

"It’s a dump, do NOT stay here."

The property has not been kept up. Our room was damp and smelled like mold from a leaking air conditioner. When I went to the front desk they had a list of five other rooms with issues. The front desk was accommodating with a new room but the next one wasn’t much better. We checked out and went to a different hotel. Stay somewhere else If you have other options.

Private swim lessons were taking place in an already small pool. I stayed in a room a that had a handicapped shower but an extremely low toilet with no grab bar. No toilet paper holder either.
